    Finally a quality product after having to battle for a replacement. The customer had to wait for ages for delivery and customer service could not give any commitment re shipping / delivery . Though the final product was good ,the overall experience was TERRIBLE.

    One of 4 of the products delivered was of an acceptable quality. Very disappointed. Your customer service and replacement teams respond but have not resolved the issue or given any reassurance of a solution. Extremely frustrating experience as I have an irate client with no answers to give. I have been a regular customer but will be forced to look for other options Sadly.
