How do I create a custom gift box?

Pick the gifts you want, personalise each one on its own page, then choose your gift box. On the review step, check what is inside, choose how many boxes you need and go to checkout. Everything you add goes into your cart as you build.

Can I personalise the gifts in my box?

Yes. Each personalised gift opens with its own options, so you can upload photos, add names or messages and choose colours or sizes, depending on the product. Ready-made gifts, like chocolates and candles, go in as they are.

How many gifts can I add to one box?

A gift box needs at least one gift. You can add several different gifts and more than one of the same gift, and change quantities any time before you check out.

What are ready-made gifts?

Ready-made gifts are things like chocolates, candles, dry fruits, tea, coffee and perfumes. There is nothing to personalise: add them to your box and they are packed in with the rest of your gifts.

Can the gift box be delivered directly to the person I am gifting?

Yes. Enter their name and address as the delivery address at checkout, and the gift box is sent straight to them.

How is the price of my gift box calculated?

The price is the total of the gifts you choose, with their options, plus the gift box. It updates as you add or change gifts and is shown in your box summary and your cart.

Can I order the same gift box in bulk for corporate gifting?

Yes. Build one gift box, then set the number of boxes on the review step. The quantity of every gift is updated for you, which makes it easy to order boxes for employees, clients or events.

Can I change my gift box after adding it to the cart?

Yes. Until you place your order, you can edit or remove gifts, change quantities, change the box or remove the whole box, from the gift box builder or from your cart.

Can I create more than one gift box?

Yes. After reviewing a box, choose Create another box to start a new one with different gifts. You can keep the first box in your cart and check out both together.

When will my gift box be delivered?
