Product was good. But delivery was very bad. Worst delivery experience. Never faced something like this in my online purchases before. And their worst customer care services. For three consecutive days they sent msg that parcel is out for delivery and i stay in home postponing all other works. They never come and at night 10.30 they tested that customer was unavailable. Three days this went on. Daily same msgs. And 4th day they delivered the parcel. I tried their customer service number and lost my mobile balance. But they are also of no use. Only response came from mailing, that too with very slow reply and only one or two response per day.
But the product was worth of all the problems faced. A request to yourprint… Try not to use this delivery service, else I’m not buying from you again.
